Eating in Northampton

Northampton

Northampton is still recognised as the ‘boot and shoe’ town, and yet today perhaps it’s becoming widely recognised as the place for food. You will never go hungry in Northampton, and the stretch of road that leads into town is packed with small chicken shops, kebab huts, pizza parlours, and of course set meal restaurants, and buffet restaurants.

Northampton does however have a lot more to offer, but when it comes to food it’s fair to say that the range is broad. Food is also particularly cheap, and this even applies to the main restaurants as opposed to the high street takeout stores.

Northampton is a town blessed with many cultures, and these are often reflected in the food. Not many towns can offer, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Jamaican, Greek, Thai and English.

If you’ll soon be visiting Northampton, you certainly won’t have to worry about the array of food options. They really are there to be found around the whole town.
